How to Burn a 220 g Candle Correctly

To help your 220 g soy candle last longer and perform at its best, follow a few simple guidelines. Trim the wick to 5-7 mm before every burn. During the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the jar-this usually takes around three hours for the 220 g format. This prevents tunnelling, where the candle burns only through the centre. Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time. Extinguish it using a candle snuffer or wick dipper rather than blowing it out. Keep the candle away from draughts to ensure an even burn.
