Exchange and return

We strive to ensure that every Demure Home order brings only pleasant emotions and a cozy atmosphere. Please carefully inspect the product upon delivery in the presence of the delivery service representative or courier.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991, perfumery and cosmetic products, as well as certain categories of home goods of proper quality, are not subject to return or exchange.

If upon receiving your order you notice product damage, packaging defects, or discrepancies with your order, please refuse acceptance of the parcel and contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, the following products of proper quality are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • scented candles after use or after opening the packaging;
  • room sprays and aroma diffusers after opening;
  • products with damaged or broken original packaging;
  • products showing signs of use.

When Is a Return Possible?

We are always open to resolving any situation and review each request individually.

A return or replacement may be possible in cases of:

  • manufacturing defects;
  • damage during delivery;
  • order packing mistakes;
  • receiving a product that does not match your order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team and describe the issue.
  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging.
  3. After reviewing the request, we will provide return or replacement instructions.

Please note: in the case of returning a product of proper quality, delivery costs are paid by the customer.

What Happens After the Parcel Is Sent?

After receiving the returned product, we will review your request within up to 14 calendar days.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically using a convenient payment method. If we require additional information, a Demure Home manager will contact you by phone or email.
