- Ukrposhta
- International shipping for selected countries
- Store pickup (if available)
The delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates and depends on the delivery method, weight, and dimensions of the parcel.
Please note: orders under 550 UAH are shipped only with full prepayment.
For cash on delivery orders, according to Nova Poshta tariffs, an additional money transfer fee is charged – 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount. This fee is paid by the recipient.
Payment
You can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you:
- Online payment by Visa / Mastercard bank card
- Cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch
- Payment via bank transfer details
All online payments are processed through secure payment services.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We process and ship orders daily from Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day.
Estimated delivery times:
- Kyiv – 1–2 business days
- Other cities in Ukraine – 2–4 business days
During promotional periods, holidays, or times of increased demand, processing and delivery times may be extended.
After placing an order, our manager will contact you to confirm the order details using your preferred communication method.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving your order, we recommend carefully checking the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the order directly at the branch or in the presence of the courier.
If you notice any damage, manufacturing defects, or discrepancies in the order, please contact our support team immediately.
