Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's тарифs and are paid by the customer upon receiving the order.

Open the bottle and insert the reeds into the fragrance oil. During the first 24–48 hours, the reeds will gradually absorb the fragrance and begin to evenly scent the surrounding space.

For a stronger fragrance experience, periodically flip the reeds. The intensity of the scent can be adjusted by changing the number of reeds used — the more reeds inserted, the stronger the fragrance diffusion.

For best performance, place the reed diffuser in an area with natural air circulation, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Caution

Avoid contact of the fragrance liquid with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

Do not place the reed diffuser directly on polished, painted, plastic, or delicate surfaces without a protective base, as the fragrance oil may cause staining or damage.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Not a food product. Do not ingest.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames.
